Owner and administration.

The representative of the owner family is Peter Haecky, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Kägen Group. This Group consists of four affiliates: TechCenter Reinach Ltd, Parkhaus Kägen Ltd, Immobilien Kägen Ltd and Kägen Holding Ltd. The real estate services are provided by Immosense Ltd, Mr Cyril Welti with his Team. The floor spaces can be rented in the status of “Core & Shell” or at a higher level, which the partner can define. If required, we can arrange for financing related to building customization at reasonable conditions.
